How can I place my order? How can I pay?

  • Find all the items you would like to order and add them to your cart by pressing the “Add to Cart” button on each product page.
  • Proceed to checkout by clicking the shopping cart in the upright corner and click “checkout” button.
  • After entering your shipping details, you can select your method of payment and continue to pay for your order.

I can’t place an order, what should I do?

  • If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your payment information, billing and shipping address, make sure you are using the latest version of your web browser.
  • If you continue to receive error messages, please contact Customer Support at info(at)scalemodz.com

Where is my order confirmation?

  • After placing your order, you’ll automatically receive an order confirmation e-mail. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

I just placed my order, can I add another item to it?

  • Contact the customer service team (info(at)scalemodz.com) with all the details of what product(s) would you  like to add to your order.

SHIPPING

When will my order ship? 

  • Most orders ship within 1-2 days after purchase. Please note, orders are only shipped on business days.

How long does delivery take?

  • Our usual shipping time is 2-7 business days, although shipping times can differ depending on your selected courier.
  • If you have not received your order within 10 business days of your order, please contact us at info(at)scalemodz.com.

Where can I use my discount code? 

  •  All discount codes are entered during checkout. Please write your discount code to the dedicated box  on the checkout page.
